There’s something about hot, fresh pizza that brings people together, and at RWP, we love being part of the action.
All we need is a space to park and set up, and we’ll light the fire, get the oven(s) roaring and feed your guests delicious woodfired pizza served hot and fast.

We’re a great fit for:
- Family Get Togethers – Christening, Housewarming, Wake, Reunion.
- School Events – Graduation Party, Fundraiser, Sports Day, Family Fun Day.
- Sporting Club Events – Presentation, Fundraising event(s), catering to give your Canteen Volunteers a day/night off.
- Community Events etc.
What you can expect from RWP:
- We cater for medium to large crowds with a smooth, fast flowing service that keeps everyone happy and fed.
- Our set up includes a 2m x 3.8m pizza trailer and a 3m x 3m gazebo which is ideal for outdoor spaces and all weather protection.
- We’re completely self-sufficient, running off batter power and no need for access to electricity.
- We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, fire up and be ready to go.
- Depending on the type of event:
‘all you can eat’ service – you choose 5 pizza toppings from the selected menu and we’ll throw in Pepperoni as the 6th – pizzas are then made and served on a rotation so everyone gets a taste of everything.
Pop-Up Event – we’ll set the menu – our price points range from $10.00 to $25.00 *prices subject to change depending on the cost of ingredients and type of event* - We cater to dietary requirements, simply let us know what you need. *we do our best to accommodate at no extra cost, though complex or multiple requests may attract a small additional charge*
- In the event of a Total Fire Ban, we’ve got a Plan B – our ovens can switch to gas if council approval can’t be obtained, so your event still goes ahead without a hitch.

Tracey and the Team will:
- Stay in touch ahead of your event to confirm logistics, menu and timing.
- Arrive with plenty of time to set up stress free.
- Serve up freshly cooked woodfired pizzas made with delicious, high-quality ingredients.
- Keep pizzas flowing until your crowd is full.
- Box up some pizzas at the end of the event to nibble later (‘all you can eat’ woodfired pizza catering service only).
- Provide a friendly, professional service with a warm, community minded feel.
- Help make your event a success with great food and good vibes.
A Few More Things to Know:
- We require a minimum of 60 guests for smaller events, or a minimum spend will apply.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking – we’ll be there rain, hail or shine.
- Our quoted price is fixed, so you won’t get any budget shocks at the end.
- We supply napkins, and bio-plates can be included on request.
- For cocktail, stand up events, pizzas are served on wooden boards – for seated events, we use 10-inch bio-plates and can provide cake stands for them to be placed on.
- Food service typically takes 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on guest numbers. If service time exceeds 3 hours due to delays beyond our control, an additional fee may apply.

Planning a Pop-Up Event?
We love popping up at local events, but to make it viable for everyone involved, we do ask that:
- There’s a reasonable expected turnout.
- The number (and type) of food vendors matches the expected crowd size, so everyone gets a fair go and the event’s a success for all involved.
